Since i have gained so much weight during my two trips, it's time to lose them alllll.
So i decided to research about SkinnyMint and read their good reviews and effectiveness.
It seems like a good investment + daily exercise workout, thus i bought the besties package together with Jang.
Yesterday was my first teatox session in the morning, it was a refreshing kind of tea surprisingly, not as bad as i expected a detox tea to taste like.
Day 1/28: Ate breadsss, a little rice here and there, chicken, mutton, fish and all kinds u'll see at 21st party catering dinner. (Attended a 21st yesterday!)
Went home to do 7.50 mins of exercise and drank tea afterwards.
The night booze tea is kinda of spicy. Not that kind of RED HOT SPICY CHILLI type but it's kind of cooling feeling you'll get after drinking. That feeling just lingers at your tongue and my stomach went through as if a "cooling" period after it.
Overall, it tastes unexpectedly good and normal teas like those eng breakfast/camomile tea. Not that hard to drink them if you compare them with other traditional herbal drinks.
To make this whole 28 days effective, i downloaded two apps called "Seven" and "Sworkit".
"Seven" is to do 12 exercises e.g. planking, push up, squats etc. for 30 secs each till it reached 7 mins.
There is an in between break of 10-15 secs i think. (i cant really remember oops). You can increase intensity by double/triple it up these exercises. It's good to work out at least 20 mins i guess?
Perhaps once in a day and once in a night before you sleep.
and
"Sworkit" is a range of exercises like yoga, etc.... with complete steps of teaching you how to do.
Time to explore such app if you're not exercising often!
Let's shall see after 28 days, how much kilos am i able to shed!
